I just had my first appointment and I was impressed with Dr Hanna. He was efficient courteous and knowledgeable. His staff were welcoming, and even though the waiting room was full, I saw the doctor at my scheduled appointment time. I'm happy to be his patient. The only thing that didn't go so smoothly was I had been given the address for the practice located across the street from Dr Hanna's actual location. Now I know for future appointments where to park.

So very grateful for the wonderful support, care , compassion and expertise from the wonderful staff at Dr Hanna office for my daughters ketamine therapy. Wanda , Morgan, Bridget and Kayley go above and beyond every month and always with a smile!

Dr. Hanna is the greatest. He treated my spinal pain issues before and after surgery. He was always so optimistic about my situation and treated the entire issues I faced. He should be commended for his kind nature and his see it through attitude!

I find them to be good other than they write pain meds too low. I’m forced to keep coming in to try to get my pain under control. I thinking it is the state of Fla. and not them causing the problem.. But, they are on the ball and respond quickly! I finally met Dr. Hanna and found him wonderful. I called my pain doctor Anchorage, both MRI locations and was told by all that they were sent. Then to be sure came early the next day to the nurse ( who wouldn’t lift a finger). So I was forced to go to Dr. Cole at pain and palliative medicine. They are small but, on the ball! They will offer me meds enough to do some good where I don’t think I would get with Dr. Hanna.. He just won’t go on any limb to give enough help for someone like me mangled from a two level botched spine fusion!

I love doctor Hanna and his ket team, they have changed my life in a way all positive that I will always be truly greatful to them. My nurses are the most caring kind professional angels that I could ever have met, they made me feel safe and clam so that my infusions take well. I made them shirts and they all would wear my shirts when I came in. Love you Jen you will be miss?

I am very happy with Dr. Hanna and most of the staff at his office; however, I had a really bad experience with Kristine (blond hair/right side of desk) in the reception area. She became absolutely obnoxious and nasty when I re-asked a question I did not think she heard. I have to admit I did react back to her. It was shocking how belligerent she became. I cannot give a one star review as everyone else is so nice and particularly the other lady in reception area with dark hair. She usually works on the left side of the desk facing it and I unfortunately do not remember her name.

Dr Hanna and practitioners actually listen to you and give you the help you need. Much better than the practice i went to in NY. My husband and i both go. The difference in my husband is significant and he is now able to work part time.

I couldn't be happier with my decision. Dr. Hanna is an excellent physician and also has a caring heart. He truly is dedicated to his patients, and improving their quality of life.
