Bought a shower kit from Bath Depot in May and didn't try to install it till August. Found out that because the wall was not levelled properly that this shower would not fit. Tried to return it or some kind of store credit and they refused to take it back . I will never buy anything from Bath Depot again as their customer service is horrible. They wouldn't even give me some kind of store credit. The shower is still in the box and new

Joseph and Christine are great. We bought a bath tub and shower glass door at this store and our experience was phenomenal. We had to return a part and we were two days past the 30 days and they were so flexible and understanding. Will definitely be back for our next washroom reno. Prices are great and there's a solid selection.

Beautiful and straight forward to assemble. Piraiveen is very accommodating and the lady that assisted us picking up the item was very helpful. The only problem we encountered is the lady I believe she’s a Filipino was very rude. I ask when the delivery will be and she told me to pick it up at Quebec, then my husband is asking questions, then she ask him if he’s the one who will install it, my husband said yes! Then she make a comment in front of me that we are too cheap for installation and laugh! Very very rude… order # C0175452, item, Rhea sliding bathtub door.

I ordered a shower base on line and when I came in to pick up I dealt with Heather to pick up my purchase. Heather who just happens to be the assistant manager made my experience spending money pleasant. Although there was no discount applied to my order. Her witty and pleasant personality made shopping a pleasure. Great job! Excellent customer service

My visit to store yesterday was a mixed bag of customer service experiences. On the positive side, the staff at the store were generally helpful and decent, assisting me with my shower door pickup. However, the situation took a downturn when I encountered impatience from one of the helpers.

While waiting for my coworker to bring our truck around, the helper assigned to assist me seemed impatient and unwilling to hold the package for just a few minutes, despite having a trolley at their disposal. This lack of patience was surprising and disappointing, especially considering the task wasn’t physically demanding. My coworker and I ended up having to load the package into the truck ourselves, which wasn’t a major issue, but it was certainly unexpected.

To add to the frustration, as we were adjusting items in the truck to accommodate the package, a staff member named Rizwan displayed impatience and pushed us to hurry up. This rushed attitude was uncalled for, particularly given that my coworker and I are accustomed to handling pickups and drop-offs daily.

Overall, while the initial assistance was appreciated, the subsequent impatience and lack of understanding from certain staff members left a sour taste in my mouth. Improved communication and a more customer-centric approach would greatly enhance the service experience at this store.
