I bought a vanity, an LED mirror and a toilet from this store. It wasn’t smooth all the way through. Sometimes it just happens. But all issues got solved in the end, because they provided excellent services. I wanna especially thank Sukhi for her professionalism, communication and superb customer service!

My wife and I ordered a stainless steel sink from this store. It was apparently in stock in the Montréal warehouse and were told it would take a week to come in. Our contractor was ready for it and no sink! Finally after almost three week's and not returning my phone calls to ask where my sink was it was in. Now my contractor has to come back to install. Don't recommend this store at all. Customer service is terrible. You know what's amazing is Amazon can have almost anything at your door same day or day's later.

SUKI assisted us, and she is a fireball!!
She kept writing all the details I provided to her, showed us the right products that works with our timeline and made our decision making so much easier.
We now have some great ideas for our new showroom and will definitely buy from bath depot once the time come.

On June 23 My boyfriend and I originally ordered a 36 inch cabinet and we were told it would arrive July 3-4. Within an hour we called back and changed the order to the 30 inch and we were told it wouldn’t change the pick up date. I called this Monday to confirm the arrival and they said it wouldn’t arrive until end of month. No one alerted us of this. I asked to speak with a manager TWICE and did not receive a call back in 2 hours? But my boyfriend got through right away to the manager? They told us they would instead ship it to the Brampton store with GUARANTEED arrival July 4 with a pickup at noon on July 5. We called on Wednesday to the Brampton store and they confirmed the arrival date. We called this morning to confirm the pickup for noon and they said they have no record of the order arriving at Brampton. They didn’t even call US to let us know. We had to initiate literally everything. There is literally 0 communication between these stores, especially after they confirmed the order at Brampton 2 days ago. Horrible service. 10/10 recommend to shop literally anywhere else or build your own cabinet with twigs and glue, at least you’ll actually have it. We understand that mistakes happen but why do the promised corrections also fail?

My wife and I went to Bath Depot in Oakville to view a shower kit installation. We knew what we wanted, mostly, and saw the kits that were available. The manager checked in with us and started what I thought would be the usual upsell conversation. We were totally wrong. He listened, and began to help us consider accessories that would complement our choice. We had a very pleasant experience that would have been typical of some friends coming to a purchasing decision. We left in good spirits knowing that our purchases suited our needs perfectly and reflected our preferences rather that those that we could have been pressed into buying. I highly recommend this store and commend the manager on his professionalism and courtesy.

I was looking for specific faucet in Mississauga’s office they said it is in Oakville branch (Burloak) and assured me it is on sale, so they called them to keep one for me , . When I went there (Oakville ), they said SORRY, ONLY on display one is on sale while in stock is not. Which doesn’t make any sense. They are not honest. Just wasted my time.

Repeatedly lied that our order was being delivered for two weeks. We eventually cancelled the order and purchased from another store, but they won't refund us our purchase for over $1600 until their logistic company returns the product to them, which we never received.
