Best furniture buying experience EVER! We needed a round kitchen table with a center column pedestal. Wayfair had one we liked for $800. Furniture Row had one just like it with a minor scratch for $299. We plan to paint it anyway, so we got a massive deal. Couldn't be happier. Great sales staff as well. Super friendly.

Furniture Row Review - 3 Stars

We recently purchased a couch from Furniture Row, and while the buying experience was positive overall, the end result has been disappointing.

The sales process was smooth, and the salesperson we worked with was professional, helpful, and not pushy. Customer service has also been good, which is why this isn’t a lower-rated review. However, the quality of the couch itself is where things fell apart.

The couch we received is nowhere near as comfortable as the one we tested in the showroom. It feels like a completely different piece of furniture. Unfortunately, we’re now stuck with a couch that is one of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever sat on.

While the service side of things met expectations, the quality and inconsistency of the product really let us down. I would advise future buyers to be cautious and perhaps spend extra time confirming that the comfort level of the furniture is consistent before purchasing.

We visited the Lone Tree store on Friday morning and had the chance to explore different models and materials. The service provided by Stephanie Haley, was outstanding. I initially thought I would feel pressured, as I had experienced in another store, but that wasn’t the case. Stephanie struck the perfect balance, making my family and me feel comfortable throughout the visit. She offered us several purchase options and quickly understood exactly what we were looking for something elegant yet within a tight budget.

If you’re looking to shop at Furniture Row, she’s the one to ask for! Although we ultimately decided not to make a purchase, I couldn’t overlook the exceptional, professional, and friendly service we received. It truly stood out.

Great selection at most price points. Our visit to the store to look at dining options was brief, but we were able to identify and purchase a set that we really like. Our salesperson, Jaime, was helpful and made the process easy.

While we believe we had great customer service through the looking/buying process, we have now had our $4000+ leather sectional and it is beyond uncomfortable. And this is where the service declines. When contacting our sales gal after having this sectional for less than a month, we have discovered that you can feel the metal frame through the cushions. Something that would NOT had been noticeable by the 3 day return policy. And definitely didn’t feel like this in showroom. The headrest on one of the chairs does not work and there are gaps between the chairs which is very odd. It should look as one solid piece of furniture. We have flat out been told an exchange or return can’t be offered. Beyond disappointing. Prior to buying it was “let me know how I can help in any way”, now it’s “sorry nothing I can do”. Couldn’t be more turned off by this especially when spending the amount I have. Will be posting to social media as I have a big following to see if anyone others have experienced this.

Edited to add: I contacted them for further support and after reviewing and discussing the concerns I again was just told there were no options available to me. I have additionally added a photo of the coloring completely wearing away from the head rest after about a year and a half.
I purchased my leather power reclining sofa a little less than a year ago. My sales experience was great and they were very communicative about my order and delivery. When delivered there was some minor damage. One sofa side was replaced but still had some separation at the corner. A repair was offered and instead of going through ordering another we accepted the repair. We have noticed the cushioning is significantly flat and the leather is pocketing. The mechanism in the footrest is also sagging on one side. I came to the store in person to discuss the concerns and was told to follow up with some photos. The communication has been poor, having to reach out multiple times to get a response and now no longer responding though I was told a follow up would be made October 27th. I was told this is considered “normal wear and tear”. This is a household with just 2 adults, no kids no large dogs, etc. I have purchased furniture online for much less than $3K and not had it “wear” in less than a year. Just beware of the quality provided for prices and what they deem as “wear and tear” vs just poor quality and manufacturing defects.

Good store. I’ve shopped here a lot. Found the lamp we wanted to buy to match the others we have. Only inconvenience was that it was the last one on the floor (keep in mind they didn’t even know where it was so its’ existence wasn’t essential), so we had to pay and then wait for them to receive another one in so I could go pick it up within the next week. This may not seem like a big deal but it is going to be super inconvenient for the customer (me). Not sure why they couldn’t have just replaced the lamp with the new one they get in and let us take the other lamp home.

This Furniture Row had an exceptional service and selection. Peg was such a big help. I would buy from her again and will definitely be back to shop these affordable home decor. Such a great value!!!
