A 20 year old cabinet door hinge failed and I sought a replacement.

The inside sales guy was amazingly helpful, even though they did not carry the original manufacturer hinges.

He pulled out multiple shop manuals and mock ups to identify the correct replacement hinge and fasteners based on the odd ball configuration.

I left with 4 sets of their hinges installed easily. Great product with cam adjustable screws.

Bought a rev-a-shelf for a client at my cost $394 just found it on Amazon for less then $200. Good grief. “Specialty hardware is a thing of the past” easier and cheaper to buy it online.
Of course there items are un-returnable

Very poor customer service might be an overstatement. Non-existent is a better discription. I had to give up on going to the front because they are so hard to deal with. Now I order online, but the back staff are just as bad. The only bright side is I only have to deal with half the frustration!

Lady at the front desk ignored us when we walked in and out- her desk is right by the door but she said nothing! The whole time we were there not one staff member offered to assist us or any of the other couple shoppers. Staff are not present to help. Products are massively outdated! The showroom looks huge from the outside but such a let down when you walk in. I can’t understand how businesses like this survive in Edmonton. Come on Edmontonian’s- let’s raise our standards!

Very helpful and friendly staff and the showroom and warehouse are always so clean.

I agree with alot of these posts. Horrible customer service, and dont seem to want to close sales with customers. I'm guessing we got there to close to closing time and they wanted to run us out instead of help and run late. I was actually told they are "refusing my business and I need to leave the store." For not having a mask on, event though I have a medical exemption and a card. Not to mention 2 of their employees were not wearing mask.
Good to see this company is doing so much business they can afford to turn away $2000 in sales.
I would avoid at all cost.

Customer pick up at the warehouse could definitely be more efficient. Give the pick up guy Wheels so He doesn't have to walk the entire warehouse or put the printer and print out closer to the pickup desk so the guy doesn't have to walk back-and-forth
