Fabulous customer service from Joe today. Very helpful with what we needed. We got the mystery bundle books and he helped us make sure we didn't double up on the same book. He was very friendly and happy to help. So happy with our buy today. The books were really fun to unwrap. Looking forward to trying this mystery bundle out again in the future. Thank u Joe!!

I wish I could give this establishment a zero star review not the building it’s self but one of the staff members on shift today. I was served at the till by ‘manager Melanie’ who appointed her manager I do not know. she wasn’t happy to help me and had a sour look on her face. She was very uninterested in engaging any sort of conversation with me, I needed some help to get some stuff for my grandson for going back to school as I wasn’t sure what to get and In the end I was helped by a lovely young chap called Joe, he helped me get what I was after despite the shop being extremely busy, I expect to come into a shop and be greeted with smiles and a positive attitude like I received from Joe not the sour looks and attitude that came with it from the other staff member.

The Works has a wide variety of items on display and the shelves are laid out wisely. The staff are welcoming and helpful. I've come often to buy keychains and sketchpads, so I definitely recommend a visit. 🙂

Just been in to the works (Friday lunchtime) and couldn't fault the staff! What a friendly and helpful team. Super welcoming, lovely to my little boy and spent time talking to him while blowing up his balloon and having a laugh with us about Christmas ect.
The store was clean, tidy and well stocked and it was a pleasure to visit. I'd far rather drive to weston favell than visit my local shop.

Unprofessional stuff, from till girls to the manger - I really don't know who name her as a manager
She doesn't have any clue working with a till machine
Asking for giving me my receipt after I have spent my money there
None of them was able to do this, as the till machine didn't response for receipt option?
I will complain further to the department for people rights...I believe it's my full right to receive receipt after each transaction.

Change your job if you are not able to help people

Good craft section and good range of books in the 3 for £5. Just a bit cramped in there with not much room when you have people with trolleys and buggies
