I came to know of Dr. Dibra through a good friend and college teammate, Jeff.
My history of knee proceedures included ACL, cartilage repairs, and injections, so much so in 2014 I was told I needed total knee replacement. I didn’t do it as I was squimish at the operation, pain, and recovery time. Instead, I have been following knee replacement technology since.to see who could handle my knees after the abuse of playing soccer at all levels for 50 years in addition to being a runner and dabbling in other sports.
None of the orthopaedic surgeons I saw offered any alternatives. In discussing options with a former teammate, Jeff (also bad knees), he told me to check out this doctor’s Youtube video.
I watched the entire video and was not only impressed by his use of technology but WHY he does what he does in surgery.
I was inspired and impressed enough to book a visit and travel 4 hours for an office visit. After meeting with him, I immediately knew he was the real deal and surgeon of choice for me. I immediately signed up to begin the process.
As of this writing, I am only one day out from the second knee replacement. My pain level for the first knee, seven weeks prior, was a level 2. This one, about a 2.5 at most.
However, more importantly, after both surgeries, I was walking on my own almost normally, in under 5 hours with 0-120 motion.
Just follow his post op instructions and counter-intuitively for athletes, DON’T OVERDO IT. Stick with ROM, frequent small walks, ice, and PT and you will have no regrets other than asking yourself, “Why didn’t I do this sooner?”.
Look no further, Dr. Dibra is the best knee replacement choice for returning quickly to a normal life after surgery!

Great experience with Dr. Dibra, and his staff.
Had both knees replaced. One on 8/1/24 the other 10/3/24. He straightened my legs as well in the process as I was very bow legged. I was able to walk on them both by late afternoon after I got home. Pain was minimal. Which enabled me to take care of myself. So thankful to have found him for the quicker recovery time his knee replacement surgery allows.

Dr Dibra is excellent. My broken arm surgery went smoothly. I had no pain and followed orders for recovery. I am seven weeks post surgery and he released me for full strength building PT. He explained things very well and his skills as a surgeon are fantastic. The incision was straight and healed very well. Such a talented orthopedic surgeon!

Just so you know I am the Jeff David Benner is referring to. I found dr Dibra on the internet by seeing how well his patients were doing in videos right after and two weeks after surgery of tkr. I dropped my other ‘famous’ dr in Dallas after my consultation with dr Dibra. We decided I needed tkr on both knees as their wear and tear and arthritis bow leg on one and knock kneed situation on the other , was making it hard for me to function. The surgery was 100 p successful mostly pain free and I can now stand up straight ,walk up stairs and will be back on the tennis court 8 weeks after the second knee operation. The first knee replacement was 6 weeks prior. He’s a Simply amazing surgeon!. My teammates from the Smu soccer team and people from out of state are making their way to dr Dibra. Hurry up and get your appointment. He may be very busy soon. The guy has given me Jeff 2.0. At 66 years old. Thank you Mr magic !

I love the doctor and staff a lot. Today is 1 week of getting my total knee replacement and it is great. I am in pain and I don't regret my decision at all. Best decision ever.
Here is an update on my second total knee replacement surgery. Dr Dibra and staff did an outstanding job. Thank you Dr Dibra and staff. My nurse Tiffany is so wonderful for always helping me with whatever I need.

It's November. It was July when I met Dr. Dibra. Not happy. The leg was broken pretty bad. So bad he came back to me and told me I can't step on my leg for eight weeks. Now 4 months later I'm officially released from his care and I feel good.
One more thing. He looks very young. Don't hold that against him. He knows.

Beginning of December. I must have jinxed it in November. Dark night and suddenly excruciating pain. Yeap. I fell off my bed and reinjured my leg. Since I'm on blood thinner the blood filled my calf. It was so swollen I could not step upright. The calf was twice as big as the other. Unbelievable pain. I called all the doctors I know. Most could not help. Till Dr. Dibra. His prescription improved it tremendously without me even going there (which I honestly could not)
