Nothing was too much trouble and he explained exactly what equipment I needed to do the job what I described to him and in double quick time. We hired a minidigger for a week to excavate our new veggie patches and it was the best thing we could have done! Took so much work out of the job. The guys down at the hub in Bolton were super helpful and friendly. They talked us through everything we needed to know about the gear, then delivered and collected on time. Bolton branch customer service is horrendous. Staff member called John is very arrogant and I think he has forgotten who pays who and without customers he'll be out of a job. This is the first ever dealing I've had with Smith Hire Bolton and will be the last. I didn't continue with any hire and took my business elsewhere.

Saturday morning had an emergency job for a wacker, rang smiths hire Bolton and got sorted by Arron and John, top lads, great service with a smile.

First time using Smiths Equipment Hire. I used the Bolton branch and made two enquiries and both handled brilliantly. Collected my equipment at the agreed time and the equipment was there, ready and waiting. Staff were incredibly helpful at at all times which made the whole experience a very positive one. Will definitely use them for all future hires.
