There are always a few food trucks right by HopFusion when we head in. Today, we saw one that was absolutely swamped and one without a line, so we choose the quickest option. I have absolutely no idea why these guys didn’t have a line. The name is funny, the bus is eye catching, and the meatballs are to die for! My husband got the wax on wax off and it had such good flavor. I enjoyed the heartbreaker on sourdough… but I ate it all before I even considered a picture. Good portions for the money too. Definitely would go back!

This is when 4.5 stars needs to be an option.

The serving felt light, and the bacon seemed to be applied sparingly.
It's also dinner time after flights at a craft beer bar, you do the math.

It's solid al dente penne, great meatballs, and a decent carbonara. All server quickly and efficiently from a food truck outside a bar.

Fine. Maybe 4.4 is what I really want since I went with 4, but it's good, and adds value to the establishment. You won't be disappointed you ordered.

This was my first time trying this food truck so I decided to go classic. I got the Mama’s, so meatballs with a tomato sauce and parmesan cheese. I was driving so I opted for the meatballs on a sourdough roll but they have other options like zucchini noodles and penne pasta. The meatballs are generous in size and came out piping hot. The sauce was flavorful and fresh. Even my daughter liked the meatballs (she’s hard to please so that says a lot!) Overall it was a great meal. I will definitely try them again and explore some new options next time.

Awesome dairy free & gluten free options. We got the Mama’s, Cure, and Wax On Wax Off meatballs over zucchini noodles. By far our favorite was the Wax On Wax Off meatball which they described as having an almost ramen-like sauce. Great service, and very thoughtful, allergen- friendly owner who took to time to tell us how each item could work for our allergies.

Great tasting meatball subs that are filling! Great flavor, and the meatballs are perfectly made and tender. We got the burger and the wax on, wax off. The customer service was top-notch as well. Cannot wait to come back for more!

The meatballs are good and varied but OMG can they make a grilled cheese. Seriously, I’m in love. Food is ready fast and is a fabulous accompaniment to a flight of Martin House brews.

They were at the Martin House Brewery for a Mat War show, and man, they're great. Meatballs are delicious, the pasta was well-cooked, and I like how they put the food in a little paper caddy inside of a box so you don't have to worry about spilling it on your lap.

Sorry, WUT! So meatballs are pretty now? Pretty on the eyes, better on the buds. Can you imagine? Very much an explosion of flavor. Kent’s service was off the charts. Wow. I loved the “wax on, wax off,” on a bed of beautiful penne. Absolutely amazing. I wish I lived in this truck and ate here for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thank you.
