Took a month and half to change a few components of a mitre saw, I had specifically stated what needed to be done' I had removed the blade guard' they took it upon themself to install a new guard which was never asked for and charged me $100.00 for something i never needed; the first and last time i will be taking anything here. I suggest following clients needs and not making decisions un behalf of them without notice or consent and forcefully charging them.

Didn't know how to fix my compressor, called me up and told me I should take it to dewalt because they didn't know how to fix it. OK. So I pay 30 dollars to get it back all taken apart in a box with some of the screws missing.

Also made it sound like it was my fault for not paying them to fix it

Very quick turnaround for die grinder service at an extremely reasonable shop rate for quality repairs. The staff always provide a friendly and warm greeting and freely pass along knowledgeable advice while delivering superior customer service. The guys here know what they sell through and through. They have some of the best pricing I've found, tool repair service can take a while, but is second to none. I've taken in a couple tools to see if they can be fixed, and the first thing they do is show me what could be broken and what it will cost to fix. Best tool store I've ever been to. Hands down.
