Most of the reviews are upset about the wait time. But what they don’t understand is the reason there is a wait time. Dr Admire is perhaps the most thorough doctor I have ever been to. She does a full physical exam on your ENT and you leave feeling very confident that you will feel better. I have already referred other friends and family to her, as I know they will get the care they deserve. More doctors should be like Dr. Admire.

I am highly disappointed with Dr. Admire and her office team. I had an appointment and showed up early. I was finally taken back two hours after the original appointment time. My first visit was January 20,2024 and was fitted for hearing aids at that time. I wore them for two weeks and went back to get them adjusted on February 13, 2024. I was not happy with the adjustments made and called Dr. Admire's office on February 16, 2024 to let them know. I was able to leave a message and never received a call back. I was given the digital Stockey brand hearing aids and wanted to exchange the original set prescribed for the larger version that are more powerful. I reached out multiple times after that - February 19th, 22nd, March 4th, 20th, 25th, 28th. I received a call back on March 28th from Dr. Admire's office and they said they called the wrong "Griffin" back. I was finally able to get an appointment for April 2, 2024. I went into the office to discuss that no phone calls had been returned and explained to Dr. Admire that I wanted to exchange the hearing aids. She stated she did not think that would be possible because the trial period had ended. I am now stuck with these hearing aids, that do not work properly, for the next three years. This doctor and her office are very unprofessional and do not care about the client. I have been wearing hearing aids my entire life (60 years) and have had multiple doctors over that many years. This has been the worst experience and customer service that I have ever witnessed. I would not recommend this doctor or her practice to anyone that is needing to get hearing aids.

Lacking sensitivity & most definitely classist.

New patient calling, receptionist told me my “voice is just so hoarse” with a chuckle in her voice. I work in a call center for a multi-billion dollar company as one of their highest performing agents, I am not too hoarse to hear.

After verifying dates and times, I then asked if they accepted CareCredit. Instead of simply saying no and educating me on what to expect for price with my insurance, I was instead told I should go see a different ENT.
I had to request the reason why. It was bold to assume I couldn’t afford the clinic, instead of simply trying to take advantage of a credit card I have set aside for medical expenses.

Truthfully did not feel like it would be a welcoming, patient, caring specialist for patients with the ultimate goal of caring for my body from a good doctor. This sets the bar very low and was incredibly disheartening by being only the first doctor I’ve called.

Do not go to this doctor. I had to go because twc requested an evaluation. She was not empathetic, nor did she listen to my concerns and dismissed me. It doesn't look like a clean office too. The inside looked like an office from the 1800s old chairs stains on the seats and couches old wall paper. She didn't ask all the inquiring questions and cut me off mid explanation to look into my ears. This is a prime example patient's of low income or little to no health insurance due to unemployment you receive low quality care but if you have good health insurance and see a good doctor in a good facility they are empathetic and listen to your concerns and don't dismiss you and you recieve high quality care.

This doctor saved my middle sons life and has changed my youngest sons life for the better. She is absolutely amazing with young children! They never cry when she does exams and they are so at peace. Please please if you need a life changing doctor go see her!

Poor use of timing at this office. Originally, when I had made the appointment, I read the reviews that people don’t get seen for two hours. I made sure to double check with the receptionist that it wouldn’t be this way, Surely enough after getting checked in I still continue to wait another hour and a half and I was not seen. I came during my lunch break and couldn’t wait anymore. Don’t visit this office if you don’t have 4 hours for a quick appointment

Also, they do not validate your parking ticket so you will end up having to pay . When I told again prior to the appointment that there was free parking

I Waited an hour and 40 minutes and was still not seen! I left without ever seeing the doctor!! This appears to be a very Poorly run schedule!! The Staff had no communication with patients waiting to be seen! It seemed they had little regard for the patients waiting and no concern for our time. I was told I was next so I kept waiting. Then I was told there were still others before me. I finally gave up and left. The only explanation given was someone arrived late and threw the schedule behind! As a retired medical administrator running many medical offices in my 40 year career, I found this to be inexcusable.
