Everyone on Dr. T's team was fantastic. From the front desk in his office to the nurses that took my pre surgical tests right to prepping me for surgery. Everyone in the hospital was wonderful as well. The hospital care was top notch and i was impressed with the cleanliness and organization at the hospital. Dr.T was great to speak with and gave me real world expectations on what to expect after surgery which i appreciated very much. Everything has gone smoothly and i am 1 week after surgery. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and support for a decision that was so very important to my personal health. I felt i was in very good care the entire time.

Fast, efficient, and friendly! I couldn’t believe how quickly they responded to getting me scheduled and working with my insurance and following up at every occasion as needed. This is a great doctor and wonderful care team.

The staff was friendly and service was prompt. The doctor had a wonderful sense of humor but the visit felt rushed. I was there for a hernia consultation and he didn’t physically examine me. He read my previous doctor’s notes and imaging notes but did not look at the images even though both were already 7 months old. It also felt like they were subtly pushing the stomach sleeve surgery and even the receptionist suggested it, and I’m only 20 lbs overweight. Good thing I have a healthy self-esteem. They let me leave without scheduling the surgery we agreed to and I was told someone would call me soon. I went to urgi care two days after the visit because one of the hernias was exacerbated and became worryingly uncomfortable. I called them again to try to schedule the surgery for sooner than we agreed and got the run around. Four days and another phone call later and we still have not heard back. I’ve decided to go back to my original surgeon at Advent Health even though he is not covered by my secondary insurance. Good customer service is worth a few hundred extra out of pocket, especially when your going to be unconscious and operated on… the added peace of mind and reassurance is worth it!
