I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service I have received regarding a prior authorization for my insurance. Despite multiple attempts to provide accurate information by both my insurance provider and I, the necessary authorization has yet to be sent to the correct location.
The reception staff seems indifferent, failing to review previous notes or take proactive steps to resolve the issue. This negligent behavior has resulted in a significant delay in my healthcare.
I urge Centric Primary Care to prioritize patient care and improve its administrative processes. I will be seeking a meeting with the administrative supervisor to address this matter further.

I used to love this doctor's office, but there have been changes in the last six months and everything has been downhill from there. They no longer take appointments outside of my work hours (the reason I went to them in the first place). Do not plan to get in to see a doctor in less than 3 weeks. Sick, see you in 3 weeks or get to a medi center. The doctor is not going to be in for the appointment you made 3 months ago, reschedule for an appointment a month later than the original one. The doctor and PA are great, but it is not worth dealing with their staff.

Doctor Campbell is very nice and Melanie is great, my rating has to do with his staff. They are rude and unwilling to help. Seems sad since in order for an office to thrive, there has to be some level of respect and courtesy. They just do not make you feel like it is a good environment nor do they promote a healthy and healing environment with their attitudes. Sorry doctors but maybe get someone to train on being compassionate and have better skills dealing with the public.

I hardly ever if ever write a review. However, this office is the worst. The doctor is good, but the office staff is incompetent. I tried getting a refil for two weeks. I called about 5 different times spelling out the medication three different times. They got the wrong medication two times! This will be the third try. Hopefully they can get it right

Edit: Nope third time was not a charm. It was the fourth time they got it right. Then I had to call because the doctor needed to speak to me about the medication, but they never told me, I had to keep on calling.

Very bad service on getting your yearly blood work done by not facilitating ahead of time the work order so your results could be ready on the day of your physical and checkup appointment. Instead they have you wait and then have to come back again on at least in two weeks just to have them tell you your results. And also to get a regular check up appointment is so far out it’s time to plan one year ahead in this office .

Every time I call when I’m sick and need to see a doctor they never have anything within the timeframe you’d like to feel better but instead send you to the urgent care. If I wanted to go to urgent care I would have called them. I’d like to see a dr who I could establish rapport with and get sone real help. I won’t be calling them again.

I love Dr. Campbell, he is friendly and will explain things to you like you are a human being. The best primary physician I have had in Bakersfield! Now the office staff that schedules appointments leave a lot to be desired. Every time I call to schedule an appointment, they are kinda unprofessional and rude. But Dr. Campbell is great!

established this doctor as primary care physician upon original schedule, I was told only certain time were available as I had to see the office dr since I was a new patient. Made sense, so I settled for time and date. Upon arriving, I was attended by the PA. Went back for an ear ache and was given ear drops to treat “inner ear infection”, f/u due to symptom not getting better, scheduled for in office visit but phone visit was scheduled... (COVID 19) this time with other nurse practitioner which prescribed me anti biotic w/ only explanation.They scheduled a second f/u telephone and I didn’t answer because They called 15 minutes earlier from a non office # and was charged a $25 no show office visit and even after the previous visit was billed for an office visit and my insurance paid $83 out of the $93 and me paying 10. Who established the policy that new patients have to be seen by Doctor if they can’t keep that policy. Never even met the doctor If I were 15 or more minutes late they wouldn’t have seen me yet they call earlier and penaliza you for no showing ?
Switched providers and I had a severe allergy and ear infection with air bubbles in ear and after 3 months I’m finally better from my ear due to lack of diagnosis
