We purchase the majority of our building products from Dawson Brill. The ownership is the same as Southridge Building Supplies. It's beneficial to us because we have more resources available to us. It is family owned and operated, providing a great customer experience and environment. The service is impeccable. Deliveries are on time and packaged exceptionally. The yard staff takes the time to check for damage. This is a fantastic company to purchase a BBQ or a framing package for a new barn or home.

I have a number of the reasons why I go to this location and choose this store to do my business with.

First, the customer services is second to none! Ever go to a hardware store and wonder if everyone is either on vacation or lunch.... Well not this place! I have always been warmly greeted when entering and if I have ever needed assistance its easy to find someone "fast".

Secondly, the pricing is excellent for lot of stuff but especially for nails and screws "can't do better than here".

Thirdly, I had purchased a product which was defective and called in to see what could be done... They "Donna" took the information over the phone and got back to me in a respectful short period of time and handled my concerns with better than expected results... What more can I say than "wow" and "bravo".

Call me old fashion, but I still feel that the value of community and customer service goes along way! Great store, has an excellent cross selection of materials and goods for everyone such as the homeowner and all the way to the construction contractor.

The owners and staff are wonderful! I've never encountered an employee who was having a an off day. Or if they were, they certainly did not show it! 9 times out of 10 the knowledgable staff will take the time to be my personal shopper and shows me around to everything on my materials list.

Donna has also been incredibly generous in offering our non-profit rabbit rescue Rabbitats substantial discounts on our supplies. This tells me that not only do they have happy staff members, but they also care about their community and Animal Welfare. Please give them your business, they will prove to you that you made the right choice.

Went this morning to go a few cattle panels, to make a trellis, the young lady at the counter new exactly what I was looking for and showed me. Went back in to pay, and I asked if I could get them delivered since I didn't have a big enough vehicle, they were 16 feet long, she said no problem they can deliver today, yee haw, happy....delivery showed up about 2 hours later, and the wonderful lady who brought them to me was absolutely awesome. I will definitely go back there.....wonderful knowledgeable kind people.....
