My plastic surgery journey started in August of 2018 where I searched for doctors and slowly booked appointments. Overall I interviewed 4 plastic surgeons and chose Dr. Degnan for the following reasons: 1. He didn’t charge a consulting fee and spoke with me and my friend for almost 2 hours in great detail about his practice, experience and surgery process.
