Sad to say that when you go to a new office, as I did last week- you get treated so horribly. Why is it that the only place you can get away with having people wait for so long is always a doctor's office? My story- I arrived 10 minutes early before my scheduled appointment- no one was waiting, and I could see there was at least 5 staff members wandering around. I got my paperwork, filled it out in 5 minutes and returned it to the front desk. Gave them my insurance card and id. I waited, sitting there in an empty waiting room for 20 minutes, and walked to the front desk where they said, great, we are ready for you let's collect your co-pay. So I paid the co-pay, got all my id back and now it was 15 minutes after the hour when they escorted me to the room. 5 minutes later a nurse came in took my vitals and my complaint once again and left me. There I sat for 30 minutes- now 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment, I got my things and left and as I leave the receptionist tells me to have a great day. Does customer care not apply to patient care in a doctor's office? How is this fair and reasonable? Looking for a good GP, any recommendations?

I went in two and a half weeks ago requesting a referral to an ophthalmologist. I still haven't gotten my referral. I called Dr. Fink's office to find out why and they suggested I call my insurance provider. I called my insurance provider. Dr. Fink's back office has still not sent in the paperwork needed for me to be seen. "It is one page and they just need to fax it in" - my insurance provider. I called Dr. Fink's office back and still haven't heard back from them.

By the way I'm slowly going blind so that's just peachy. Hopefully I get to see a specialist before my vision degrades any more than it already has.

Go somewhere else. If you can change your PCP, do so.

Dr. Fink is rude will literally roll her eyes at you never treated any of my issues always had to give a referral because she did not specialize in anything from stomach ache to kidney stone. Always a 5-8 hour wait. I was thankful when I got another dr. Her staff also gave a a flu shot without put the actual vaccine in so shot air in my arm and said oh you should be alright. ? Then gave a real flu shot I hope. Finally changed dr. No issues. Just sorry it took me so long.

Dr. Fink always gives me plenty of time and answers all of my questions. She does not rush me. She has a great bedside manner and is very professional. She has always helped me get better.

In my opinion one of the worse Doctors I have ever met. No bedside manner and would not help me titrate and tried to throw me to another Dr. When she prescribed me the med herself.

My husband and I went to this dr office because we needed to see a ucis civil surgeon and let me tell you... run away find some other place! We had an apt at 12.15pm and were still in the office by 2pm... they are not on schedule and the place is not even busy. The staff is not well trained and not that polite.
