I don’t write reviews for almost anything but I have to today. I have spent the last couple years shuffling around at doctors trying to get answers and just getting a lot of go through the motions type of service. No one truly seems to care anymore about actually listening to patients and treating each person as an individual and actually trying to help them beyond what insurance allows. And taking the actual time to explain things. Today I went to see Dr. Luu. This office is not fancy with tons of employees. It’s a very simple place but she is the first Dr in recent times that actually took the time to listen to me, examine me and explain what she found, the steps we would take and made me feel like someone actually cares. She even took the extra time to do an unscheduled ultrasound for me because I can’t get off work a lot. Thank you to you and your staff. I truly appreciate your kindness.

I wish I would have found Dr. De Leon sooner. I love all of his staff, they are always super friendly and fast. Dr. De Leon really listens to you and as a person who knows their body often times in the past other doctors would dismiss what I felt but he takes the time to really listen to you. He is super gently so after I had my baby I felt like I was able to get up and move around faster without so much discomfort. Safe to say that he will be delivering all my future babies! Thanks Dr. DeLeon and all of your kind staff.

Extremely unprofessional and money hungry. The front desk staff members are rude and unorganized. My first visit at the window both ladies ignored me for a couple of minutes then hand me the pre patient file to fill out but I had already completed this prior to the appointment. I showed her my confirmation but for some reason she couldn’t see my information and requested I fill it out again. The obgyn was not available so I was asked to see another provider, dr tako.

In the midst of my visit and getting BP checked, the front desk lady left her desk to come ask me for the $40 deductible (which I was fine paying) instead of waiting for me to finish and meet her at the front desk since I had to schedule an another appointment.

At my latest appointment , the staff denied me prenatal care unless I was going to pay the monthly plan they have come up for delivery of my child since I did not meet my deductible with my insurance. This isn’t my first child and I have never heard of paying for delivery before the baby is born. I was already uncomfortable at this practice but this didn’t sit right with me. I gathered my things and ended my visit or any future visits at this place.

Trust your gut feeling and find an obgyn and clinic that makes you comfortable.

He did a very beautiful job making me feel like a lady, I truly appreciate that.
I loved that he asked a lot of questions to get a feel for my medical history. I felt that he genuinely cared about me and wanted to know me as his patient as well. It is a smaller office (hence the wait time) but the overall atmosphere is good along with great customer service from most of the registration ladies. I would recommend this office to anyone especially those like me who like that personalized care! Thank you Dr. Tako!!

Dr.Nguyen-Luu and Dr.Ernest Tako are hands down the Best OBGYN Providers they make You feel safe and heard of any problems you may have . I went in for my consult and left satisfied with this service .The staff is lovely and friendly!

The DOCTORS and MEDICAL staff are amazing and very knowledgeable! The front desk staff is a different story

The insurance billing and financial aspect is a nightmare! I paid in March and it’s now August and I thought I was finally getting refunded I picked up the check yesterday and I got a call today saying there is a possibility it would bounce because they closed the account! I’ll have to wait another 2-3 weeks to pick up a new one. I am getting a refund because even though I told the girl I met all my insurance stuff they didn’t believe me and my insurance came back and paid them at 100% and paid them directly mid June. I’m getting $1400 back so yay me but also why did I have to pay that if my insurance was covering in the first place….

Hope was great at explaining that they have 90 days to refund me but I personally can’t continue to go somewhere that doesn’t know how to bill me correctly for services rendered.

Again Dr. De Leon and Dr. Tako are both INCREDIBLE providers and were recommended to me by someone who has been seeing Dr. DeLeon for 16 years but the front desk was a complete deal breaker for me.

If you’re a cash patient you’re in great hands! Insurance, just know you’ll probably be misquoted. A lot.

I loved Dr Nguyen but the office staff made her lose me as a patient for my past 2 pregnancies. The office staff is incompetent, unorganized, and can’t admit when their wrong. They billed me wrong multiple times but it was too much of a hassle to fix.
