The Doctor is great when in the office.....stellar. However, when trying to do something as simple as a refill, the staff is totally unresponsive. Have been trying to get an antibiotic refill for 2 days. Now I find myself at an urgent care facility getting the infected area assessed.

Dr Polanco and Myra are wonderful. His staff is totally incompetent, they lose paper work, do not send in prescriptions and they never answer the phone.

Doctor Polonco and nurse practitioner are great when you see them but seem to rush you out which I understand there is other patients. They seem to care about you when your in the office. But after you leave expect everything to go down hill from there. The staff don't get anything done fast or in a timely manner. Prescription issues are real problems, staff giving messages to the doctor or the nurse practitioner don't seem to go threw. Been waiting 3 business days for a call back from the nurse practitioner, even knowing I was told they call me the same say as my appointment. Also took 2 days to send a prescription that was never sent to pharmacy. Now I sit at home out of work, in pain waiting for them to come up with a gameplan. I'm just looking for some help but this is not professional.

Dr Polanco is an awesome caring physician
I recently had a negative experience with a procedure I had done. I called the office and gave my information to Mara.
She immediately relayed the information to Dr Polanco who personally called me back in about ten minutes and advised me what to do. How often does this happen?!
I am so glad I chose Dr Polanco to be my PCP!

From the staff at the front desk, to the nurse practitioner, to Dr Polanco - this practice is TOP NOTCH! The front desk is amazing at helping me in time of need! Dr. Polanco is a gem! So knowledgeable, caring and has a great attitude! I never feel rushed and he always takes the time to LISTEN to me! I LOVE him! So glad I found them!

Dr Polanco is always friendly and efficient, he cares for his patients he listens to your concerns. His staff is always professional courteous and friendly. He has been my husband's Dr for over 15 years and mine for 10. We love him and the staff.

I have been going to Dr. Polanco for 16 years & can tell you he is an excellent physician. He listens to any concerns you may have, and will share any concerns he has regarding your health. He is amazingly accurate in his diagnosis, and if he's not sure what the problem is he knows what tests are needed to make a diagnosis. His entire staff are always there for you and are always polite and professional. Blanca is the best at drawing blood, so much so that I no longer go to Quest. I go into the office and have her do it. She is fast and accurate, and I am never left bruised. If you have any problem with your insurance Kate will do what it takes to get things resolved for you. Liliana is a great addition to the practice and I have no reservations about seeing her if Dr. Polanco is not available. Some days you may wait a little longer than others for your appointment, but know that when it's your turn he or she will take as long as necessary to take good care of you. I have referred a number of coworkers and friends, and I can't imagine going anywhere else.
