I am utterly impressed and grateful by the level of care, kindness, attention, and understanding I received today during my surgery at Spokane Valley Hospital. Clear communication, front-loaded expectations, thorough questioning, attention to detail, beautiful smiles and deep eye contact received from the moment I stepped through the hospital doors.
I am a highly sensitive, high-strung and nervous type; I was so scared… Through the quality and care of staff , I forgot my fear and was truly able to enjoy the process. They created a warm and nurturing environment and I felt like a priority member of the family, even in enduring pain. I’m so very appreciative and proud of how well they all do their “ jobs.” Much obliged and BRAVO to an exceptional team!! As for Dr Joy, I trust in her completely and hope to make her proud in my recovery.

Unfortunately I have yet to have a positive experience with Dr.Joy. She has consistently made me feel unheard, and inconvenient when in her care. She lacks comfort in an environment that I feel needs extra support because she’s dealing with women’s vulnerability. She does get the job efficiently, so if you’re not about the fluff then Joy is your gal!
