Super unprofessional. After waiting for months for my appointment, I arrived 10 mins before 4:00 (my appt time), at which point, I was informed that the doctor was running over an hour behind schedule. I told them I took off work & drove in traffic to get there. They should have let me know; so I didn’t waste my time/gas/take off work. Their response: “We didn’t know.”

Yes, they absolutely knew a minimum of 30 mins prior because they told me she was halfway through her 2:00pm appointment when I arrived just before 4:00. So unprofessional to not only not inform me in advance but to pretend like they couldn’t have let me know earlier.

An hour (commute of 45 mins & 15 mins filling out the longest paperwork of any doctor I’ve ever gone to) of my life wasted. Will clearly not be returning. ?

I have never had less than an outstanding experience with anyone at this practice. From the front desk to Dr. Lewis herself, every single person listens with attention as if I'm the only patient in the whole world. I was referred here by a friend, who did advise me that sometimes the in-office wait time can stretch out, but that is outweighed by the extreme thoroughness and care each staff member brings to the appointment.

I have had 2 appointments (separate occasions) with Jessica Malsky booked for extreme sinus pressure and ear pain and they were able to get me in quickly for a tele med appointment because I was too sick to drive. One time was COVID, and the most recent time was a terrible sinus infection. Jessica was on time and very thorough. I never felt rushed. We went through all the medications I tried and she educated me on what would work better and the order to take them in. She got me on a new medication that gave me quick relief and I was so grateful. She also gave me some new things to try like a new nasal wash that was very soothing. I am so thankful and was very impressed with the customer service when I called panicking. I had only been able to sleep sitting up for the last 4 days and just felt like I must have waited a little too long trying to heal things on my own. I would recommend everyone to this practice because I think they actually listen to you and care. On a side note, both of my parents have seen Dr.Melba Lewis and had excellent care as well. This is a great practice. I highly recommend.

Dr Melba Lewis is an attentive doctor. She is very thorough and leaves no stone unturned. I appreciate her team and the time and the effort they take in making me feel like my needs are met, and my questions answered. My whole family is seen by Dr. Lewis and Ryan, her fantastic and knowledgeable PA. I’m very grateful to them both.

We had an appointment with NP Jessica Malsky, and she is notably inept at diagnosing, and lacks clinical acumen. Throughout our apt, Jessica sited that she would need to consult with her mother, Dr. Melba Lewis. Unfortunately, as is often the case with nepotism, hiring someone based on the fact that their mother owns the practice is rarely a fully vetted interview process. Jessica appeared preoccupied during our patient appointment and it came across as quite unprofessional. If you have something going on in your personal life, try not to bring it to the workplace, especially where patients are concerned. We had to repeat symptoms multiple times as she seemed easily frazzled by whatever else was going on. Jessica only seemed engaged with us when talking about her love of dancing.

There are several ways to rate people and the most important to me is the results that helped me with my sinus problems. Dr. Lewis did surgery on my sinuses over 10 years ago and I've not had a problem since. Her skill is nothing short of excellent. I have experienced long wait times but that's because she doesn't shy away from quality person to person service when you are with her. She takes her time and thinks of questions I don't know to ask. So it's worth the wait to get the quality service. As for the support staff, I've never had a rude look or treatment from any of them. Everyone has a bad day sometimes, right? So I would mostly pay attention to the rating regarding her surgical skill, personal attention and depth of knowledge regarding what ails you. She's tops with me!
