My third or fourth time at this practice. The doc and his medical team seem qualified enough, but the facilities are worn, looking like they haven’t been refreshed in 20 years. Carpets are dirty and stained, some of the furniture is tattered, and the restroom is still in disrepair. In the main waiting room, all electrical outlets have been covered over so you can’t charge your phone. During a recent visit for a stress test the med techs didn’t have any idea that I’d been there before, forgot where they had told me to wait, and while the procedures they conducted were technically competent, I always worry when a practice doesn’t pay close attention to details like your name or medical records already in your file.

They should fire the reception staff, reasons: all the girls are very poorly educated, poorly behaved, despotic, they make you feel that you are bothering them in doing their job because it seems that they are being paid to chat peacefully with each other, the truth is the first impression of the office and they make everyone look very bad, wanting to never return

My hubby and I are both patients and we feel he is wonderful. He saved my husband's life! My hubby had several symptoms of heart problems at home. Finally got him to emergency. When we advised his cardio dr. was Dr. Al Suleiman, they contacted him and he came to see him within minutes, then pulled in a team of Dr's to evaluate hubby. He knew my husband's history and directed his care right away. He performed testing and determined what was wrong then explained everything. He contacted the surgical group at ORMC and had hubby moved there where he received the surgical procedures to resolve several issues with his heart. I find him very knowledgeable, caring, with, a great sense of humor.

My husband will see Cardiologist Suleiman for the 1st time . Reading some negative reviews about the Dr, i’m not sure if i want my hubby to return to the office.

Unbelievable!!!! Before my husband walked in the door, Dr. Al-Suleiman knew more about him and his condition than the previous group who had handled his care forever. Someone else said he was smart, he is a genius! And he explains things to his patients in terms they understand. He does not talk down to them. He cares.

We met w/him after my mom's heart attack and he spend less than 10 minutes with us. He seems to have a busy schedule and not much time for his patients. I'm truly disappointed & may need to find another Cardiologist.
