Delivery of refrigerator on October 24th of last year was very disappointing. The fridge came with broken parts and no manual to identify them. The old refrigerator was supposed to be removed, but wasn't. It leaked water all over my kitchen floor and caused irreparable damage to my flooring. I had to move it out to the back yard myself and informed the customer service person of its location for the pickup she booked the following week. The day of pickup I was bothered at work by the people picking up the fridge, because they were not informed that it would be in the backyard. I received the replacement parts on November 12th. That delivery I would give a 1. We also paid for white glove service, which is supposed to include removal of old appliance.
We waited for notification of when our stove would be out for delivery, but it never came. We had to contact Dufresne and found out that they had it for awhile. We had asked our son to accept the delivery but the stove was delivered, an hour earlier than the window I was given, so he had to rush to our place to receive it. Luckily it seems to be good, with no broken parts. They didn't have to take the old stove as we were giving it away. I would give this delivery a 5. I wouldn't recommend buying appliances from this company.

Delivery was ahead of schedule. The people were great - cautious of floor (sticky snow outside). The removal and delivery went smoothly. They were very efficient.

Navjot and Richard were super friendly and respectful and weren’t pushy with sales just very helpful and attentive. There was an atmosphere of teamwork instead of competition between salespeople which was really nice to see and experience.

I went in the first time and was clear we weren’t buying but we were still treated with respect. This made us want to go back when we were ready to purchase something. We will definitely shop here again.

Delivery AI was a bit annoying in that I wanted to contact a live person to let them know that my mom would receive the order. But otherwise it was handy, sending me delivery info and updates etc.

My mom said the delivery people were very careful and did a great job with the delivery.

I would highly recommend checking out Dufresne if you are in the market for some new furniture. I have purchased 2 sectionals and a sofa from them so far and my experience has always been good. Great prices, helpful customer service, and it’s a great store to browse a lot of beautiful items. Our first sectional we were able to pickup right away from the warehouse ourselves and this time we opted for the delivery service they offer. Overall one of the best furniture outlets in Saskatoon in my opinion.

Good overall experience. Browsed product online before going to the store just to get an idea of what I wanted. Everything i wanted to look at was in store and after a few minutes of getting to browse, I was greeted by friendly staff who made the search and purchase of my new couch nice and easy. Would definitely go back.
