Friendly staff and there's a huge selection of items it is also very organized and clean the washroom is renovated like a house washroom

Only reason im giving five stars is because you cant give more. Think her name was Genie? Very nice mature woman. Ive been in and out of there a million times and she's always the nicest smile, makes you not mind spending your money there when the cashier is so friendly. Real home town feel. Always great service from the moment you step in till you get back in your vehicle. From almost everyone.... Just remember to avoid the young women who struggle with English, they don't have time for your needs. She even tossed my paint can loyalty card(buy so many get one free) in the trash! All I asked was for her to sign it since I bought paint! It was funny but there was three of them behind the cash that day and they had no idea what they were doing even when they stopped jabbering to look at my card. Had to go find one the other ladies to sign it.

Went in to purchase a chainsaw. Nobody able to assist with knowledge. Left without a saw Heading to another dealer who will assist with purchase. Great display, just need to add staff that can assist.

June 15 2025 we were on our travels to Minden Hills when we stopped at Home Hardware in Fenelon Falls and had the help with a young lad named Hayden. Very pleasant, just the kind of employee every business wants.

Young man named Grady greeted me at the door and helped me get new chains for my Stihl and some special hardware I would have struggled to locate. His help was efficient professional and very friendly. This store continues to impress. Haven't come across a sub-par employee ever. Thank you to all.

What a pleasure to shop here. Every employee in the store greeted me and offered me service. Austin and Zachary loaded the BBQ in my trailer in the pouring rain today and made sure I was good to go.
