I have been seeing Dr. Ferrer for years now, he is a very good doctor and also a very good man. He has seen me through a lot of health issues and I feel confident being in his care. The staff are amazing too, I never feel like a stranger there like I used to with my previous PC. Strongly recommend!

Terrible place with the weirdest set up. This place does not even seem real. Almost a joke walking in you can tell. Do not send your elderly family here or anyone. They don't respond and they say processing medical records is "too much." (Because they don't want you to leave) this whole place seems like a scheme.

This doctor and his office is a joke. I have called this office to either make and appt, get a referral and/or for the doctor to see my father-in-law who has been a patient of his for awhile. Every time I call I am told, "he is out of town" and then I am told, "we will give him the message and he will call you back." Not once has this doctor called us back! In over 8 months and several messages the doctor NEVER calls back. And then the rude staff member who answers the phone just says, "well I wasn't here but I will give him the message." And he still doesn't call back. Why is he even in business? This also makes me question how good of a doctor he actually is. My experience has been bad and I don't want to see anybody else wasted time or hope on a doctor who can't bother to be in town and never return messages. Go somewhere else!

My wife flies to Texas anytime she needs medical attention. She's been going to that facility for over 10 years. I went in with one visit and was shocked at the level of care. We waited three hours for a fifteen minute exam. "Continue your meds, your doing great."
I asked my wife to please just visit Dr Ferrer just once as he is very precise.

She did. Dr Ferrer found something irregular in her heart. He immediately sent us to the hospital where she nearly died before they could get her stable. She was in intensive care for an week. My wife is suffering from longterm heart failure which went undetected by her previous doctor for years.

I credit Dr. Ferrer for saving my wife's life by being very thorough in his initial office exam.
Thank God for Dr Ferrer.

My wife will never go back to Texas to that clinic.

If I could rate this office a -10 I would. This is the most irresponsible and incompetent office I have ever been too. So much I never knew that an office like that could still be in business! They never answer calls and if you leave a message with them they lie because when you call back they don't know what you are talking about. Do yourself a favor and do not go here they are horrible. I rather drive far than go here because they won't even pick up the phone to answer! Listen to the other reviews they are not lyig

I would not recommend this doctor to anybody. Very incompetent and not so friendly. Clinic is lacking up -to-date computer systems and record keeping. Office staff is not competent to answer general questions as well. To go to this office for just a cold, maybe, but for health issues find another place.

As others have said, the staff is slow and incompetent.They don't return calls, I waited 3 weeks for a prescription refill. Then if you complain the dr will call you a liar, it's great patient care. ‍♀️
