We had Floortrends do all of the flooring for our new build. They have been very professional from start to finish. The communication has been excellent. The quality of the flooring and installation has been fantastic. We are so happy with how everything has turned out. Our sales rep Alex has been excellent throughout the process. He has visited the site in several occasions to make sure everything has been exact as per their quotation, and has always been available for any questions that came up. We would highly recommend Floortrends.

Incredible experience start to finish. Alex took care to do measurements and helped us find the perfect flooring options. Then Clyde and Will came in bright and early, as scheduled. They had the job done in a day and went above and beyond to make sure it was done right and looked great. Will absolutely be using them again for any future flooring needs. Our carpets were recently replaced in our home. (loft with 2 bedrooms and stairs). Stellar and professional workmanship right from receiving a detailed quote, to the finished work through to the clean up. Special shout out to the installers.😊

We recently had vinyl plank flooring installed by Floortrends, and couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. Alex took the time to find just the right product for us and answered all our questions.
