Dr. Layton is amazing! I found out I had a brain aneurysm literally from an ER doctor thinking I was having a stroke! I was given 3 doctors at Baylor and chose Dr. Layton he is amazing and is so very kind and knowledgeable. He was patient and answered all of my questions as well as my families. He sat with us and explained the procedure and has the best bedside manner of any physician I have ever dealt with! He also, found a second aneurysm during my surgery. I would highly recommend Dr Layton

Words can’t express the most amazing heartfelt thanks coming from a person with severe anxiety. I had what most call a simple angiogram but if you suffer from anxiety and panic attacks you know any procedure seems much more scarier. Dr. Layton has the most pleasant bedside manner, complete knowledge and a way to explain the procedure and findings in a way that comforts and makes you confident it’s going to be okay. He explains it in detail. His eye for detail found a more severe abnormality through the angiogram so I will need to go back and get that resolved here soon. But I couldn’t put my trust in another Dr. thank Dr. Layton. The Lord works in mysterious ways and I am confident he has blessed Dr. Layton and his precision hands to help many people. My children and I thank you Dr. Layton for finding the source of this rare abnormality that has caused me close to paralysis in my bottom extremities and for the first time feel blessed to have found a doctor I feel safe under his watch. Dr. Layton is simply the best. I recently had to have a venogram done urgently and was absolutely terrified. Dr. Layton took the time in pre-op to come by, introduce himself, fully explain the procedure in a way that was easy to understand, discuss possible risks, and patiently answered all of our questions. He promised he would come by afterwards to share findings, which he did almost immediately. Once again, he thoroughly explained the findings and answered all of our questions. We never felt rushed and I felt genuinely cared for, not just a name on a chart. He made sure I was as comfortable as possible during an uncomfortable test, and I'm very grateful for Kourtney RN and Art the lab tech who were so kind and patient with me as well.

I'll have a stent placed by Dr. Layton in a few weeks, and I feel extremely confident in the care he provides and know I'll be in good hands. Highly recommend!

Dr. Layton saved my life 4 years ago. I had a carotid cavernous fistula and he diagnosed me one day, and repaired my fistula the next. We had no idea what was happening and he calmed us and made us feel as if it was all going to be ok, and it was! I owe him my deepest gratitude. He is amazing!
