I’ve been a patient of Dr. Razack for ten years now. He has a great bedside manner and is always willing to have a discussion and come to a solution that works for both of us. Everyone I’ve interacted with in the office over this time (including nurse and nurse practitioner) have been wonderful and treated me with respect and care. Cannot recommend them enough!

I'd give it zero stars if I could. The customer service from the ladies at the front desk are sub par to put it nicely; they are rude! Customer service is your first order of business and people come because they need help with their health. If all was well, they would not need to come to you. Customer service training is something that they should undergo and learn to treat people with kindness and respect. If this can not be done, then they need to find another profession; you are there to HELP people... not hurt them.
Dr. Razack and his nurses are AMAZING... They get 5 Stars!!!

Dr Razack is a good doctor but, when it takes 5 or 6 months to get an appointment with him it’s time to find another doctor. He has too many patients and can’t take care of them. Also, it’s been 2 days since I left a question for the nurse. I am still waiting for a call.

Called the office this morning and they answered and were very nice and helpful. I read bad reviews on Office personnel, but that was not the case for me . She was very pleasant and explained what I needed to do. So 5 stars for me. Thanks
