KMS has become my go-to source for both corded and cordless tools, tool packages, replacement and specialty blades, as well as other hand and power tools/accessories.
KMS has a sophisticated website that makes it easy to find, evaluate and purchase tools and sale items.
The ordering and purchase control provided by KMS’ system is outstanding and I am always aware of the delivery status of all items ordered.
If I had one criticism, I would like to see a function on the KMS website that would allow me to compare the individual features found on tools from one manufacturer to the features provided by similar tools from different manufacturers.
All in all, I highly recommend considering KMS for all of your tool needs.

One of the best tools,hardware and car parts stores in the City, outstanding Customer service, staff are very friendly and they always ask if help needed to find what your looking for. Price are usually the lowest in town , its my first place to go when I look for a tool .

( I would not recommend to shop online ) online store I believe its different management and its waste of time to buy anything .

I would highly recommend to shop in the store the manager ( steph) she's super nice and she helped me out dealing with online order that sent to GP by mistake.

I wish there is another location in the north part of the city .

I have had nothing but great customer service with KMS over the years, and that includes no hassle returns, as well as excellent pricing on many tools.

Of course there is always knowledgeable staff members there to help you, unlike Rona + where there are 5 employees in a 10,000 sq ft warehouse.

Service is great but shipping times seem a little long. 2-3weeks to pull stock from another location is a bit long. Hopefully my order comes before I actually need the tools. But it is my go to place for purchasing. Great deals and incentives

I recently had a very disappointing experience with KMS while trying to get more information on a Milwaukee laser level. This was going to be a big purchase for me, so I wanted to make an informed decision. Unfortunately, when I called and spoke with Gail, she was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Instead of answering my questions or providing any guidance, she just told me to read the specs on the website.

This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for a high-ticket item like this. I expected knowledgeable and polite staff who could assist with my inquiries, but instead, I felt dismissed and ignored. Needless to say, I’ll be looking elsewhere for my purchase. If customer service matters to you, I’d recommend avoiding this company.

Very disappointed. Brought my argon tank for filup and I forgot the cylinder cap, Riley the worker didn’t tell me that u need a cap.

Then Riley proceeded to fill my tank, charge me money and wouldn’t let me take it home. I simply asked why they filled my tank if they didn’t ask for a cap first. Manager comes out and starts yelling at me… like it’s my fault?

Poor little baby Riley threw a fit and slammed the door….. Anyways, take your business somewhere else. These people don’t know how to treat paying customers.

Note to management: Next time you should deny service if cap is not present. Simple.

Took our nail gun to be “fixed”. Was charged $100 and when it was used the next day it broke almost right away. Took it back and and they wouldn’t fix it again free. They said we need to pay $100 again or they can give us the part and we can fix it ourselves. The customer service her is awful. Waste of money and time. They’ve lost our business going forward.

Fantastic deals on all tools cheapest place in town. Terry the commercial sales rep. Has been a big help in keeping my framing company stocked in the latest and best tools for a great price thanks terry
