Charles you are a blessing. You went above and beyond with your work and it turned out better than I thought. I had no idea what I was doing in terms of cutting plexiglass but you did so beautifully. Now I was able to attached my portable A/C to my frenvh windows and actually have cold air circulating my apartment!

I needed a couple of keys made, and they were close to my other stop. The staff member took my key and quickly made the keys. The check out was easy , their register accepted inputs from my phone. It would be easy to say this a typical hardware store but it isn't. There is parking off the street although i didn't need it so i can not comment on that. The aisles are close together and run floor to ceiling and the shelves are fully stocked. The workers were very helpful and available to offer assistance. Yes I will return here for my hardware needs because i feel they will have them in stock.

I've been to this place a few times, and the staff has always been friendly, but yesterday's experience was unsettling. After finding a hammer, I went to the register where two cashiers were available with no line. Neither acknowledged me, so I approached an elderly lady, greeted her, but she completely ignored me—no eye contact, no response.

A few minutes later, another customer returns, and she assists him instead, still not acknowledging me. It felt dehumanizing to be ignored like that. When she finally rang me up, I confronted her about her rudeness, but she blamed me, saying I just walked up without waiting. But I spoke to her, there was no one in line or at the register what else should I have done? i just kind of don’t want to come back because this was the weirdest experience I’ve ever had and the response, to blame me for her ignoring me is crazy. if you can’t speak to someone who speaks to you, you can’t even LOOK at the guest standing in front of you you don’t need a job.

West Hollywood’s “got a little bit of everything” store. Fun experience. Very organized and good employees who are helpful . Parking off street is a real plus!

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff who are actually in the aisles ready to help find what you're looking for and answer questions. It's an old school hardware store, not a big, 'try to fill all your needs' place like Lowe's or Home Depot, which often do not have what I'm looking for. Koontz is my go to place for hardware when I need something and don't want to run all over town looking for it in other stores.

I love this little hardware store and the middle of West Hollywood. It's like a mini Lowe's with all the essentials and more.

I want to like this place, but the reality is they are the only the only they are the only option nearby without getting stuck in traffic. Their return policy is terrible. Its a tool store that doesnt allow tool returns even if unopened. Prices are always high and the selection isn't as good as it used to be. I sure wish there were a really good hardware store in weho
