Nous sommes tombés sur ce bar hier pour nous protéger de la pluie et nous avons eu le droit à un concert Écossais génial à une table de nous avec de nombreux instruments. Une super ambiance et de la bière locale que demander de plus. Le soir même nous n'avons pas pu y manger car nous n'avions pas réservé mais le lendemain nous y sommes retournés avec plaisir et notre ventre à été comblé !

Put in a Husqvarna blower for repair as it was dead, took 4 weeks and 3 phone calls to eventually tell me that the coil was dead, (they rarely phone you back as promised!) they needed to order the part, 2 weeks pass, 3 more phone calls, 2 more non replys, eventually parts come in and fitted but now the blower has low compression and needs a new piston and bearings as it's been OVERHEATED (how was this not discovered on the initial inspection, surely any competent tech would carry out a visual inspection and a compression test on a faulty 2 stroke) and the unit has only ever been run on aspen as recommended by Magregors and is only used 2 or 3 days a year and the fuels purged after every use...... So I called Friday, still awaiting parts, 1 week later, called Friday, we will call you back, doesn't happen, I call Saturday, parts are in, it will be done first thing on Monday morning by a senior tech and we'll pop it on the van for delivery but I requested collection, so I turn up on Monday at 4pm to the workshop and guess what, eh he still working on it, it's in parts on his bench.
I'm really sorry but since moving from the old building to your new facility the service department has turned into a shambles, non communication, no updates, not being abled to find customers property or paperwork or they need to speak to the correct tech who carried out the task, I've had the misfortune to put 3 items in here recently and they've all been a shambles or taken forever to repair, or not been repaired or serviced correctly. Your service manager needs to take a long hard look at what is happening and what a poor service is being conveyed to your customers and just sort it out, your after sales care should should be vital importance to your business otherwise people will not buy your products because when they go wrong it's a huge issue/inconvenience for them and you should be doing your utmost to help them and not be dicking them about taking months to sort them, your just wasting their time, and charging them handsomely for the privilege...........

Update- Nigel called me today and has sorted this mess out, Thank you Nigel, I appreciate your help in sorting this matter.

Purchased a Husqvarna robotic mower from MacGregors. Installed expertly by Jake who returned to alter the boundary wire after we planted some extra bushes. Jake should be awarded employee of the month for his expertise and customer relations.

I got the best service ever here from Michael in paints. He took a lot of time to help me get the right colour match. I'll never go to B&Q again. MacGregors far superior service.

I bought a Husqvarna 550xp from MacGregors. After 4 months it had an issue with over revving and running high. This was repaired and I informed MacGregors that the saw was under warranty. They still attempted to charge me for the replacement crank case seals. After 6 days work the same fault reoccurred. Dispite the saw being under a year old this time I was charged £150 for repairs.
The saw has now done a further 10 days work and once again the fault has reappeared.

Don't get me started on the shambles when they looked at my 572xp.
