I'm used to the Chemmy location Hey Rob, Darren . These guys are great and always have been. I had to pick up parts at the Falconbridge site.
Wonderful to see that they have the same quality of staff. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff.

All I was getting was one spark plug but as it turned out it was an unusual one. The service rep took the time and effort to insure I got the right one for my generator. Great service.

They completely gave me the wrong parts for my vehicle. They gave me parts for a different vehicle, Which caused me to have to miss a day of work since I live out of town and had to drive all the way back into town to exchange them and in the end costed me more money all because they don't know how to do their job. On top of that when I went in to exchange the parts they made it out like it was my fault they gave me the wrong parts. I work in retail and this was probably the worst experience with a company and it's associates I've ever had.
