My salesman was very informative and helpful when providing a quote. The quote was delivered to my inbox with a breakdown in a timely manner. My salesman also helped coordinate the repair of one of my current pieces of equipment. He kept me informed of the status of repair the following week. I was delighted when he showed me around the Bobcat model I was interested in and took the time to go through the machines unique features. Mcdowell Equipment has been a very nice place to do business, there is a relaxed atmosphere, good people and good rates. I highly recommend shopping here.
