Went here in April of this year to have some hats made for me and some friends, thinking to give the business to a local company. They took the design and I picked the type of hat I wanted, was told it was all good, they didn't need a deposit, and the turnaround time was 6-8 weeks.
Went in again after 6 weeks for an update because I hadn't heard anything from them and was told, testily, that they were getting to it the following week.

Six months later I still havnt heard from them.
I don't usually waste my time writing negative reviews, I just don't patronize businesses that clearly have no interest in customer service.
But this was the most blatant, un-apologeticaly terrible, weirdly disinterested experience I've ever had with a company.
