The store is usually warm inside if outside is hot. They need to check the AC otherwise the staff so far has been nice to me everytime I come in. I have been greeted by different people which is nice. This is a review to let managerial staff know that there people are friendly even though they seem over worked. Also regional manager as well. Treat your employees better. I used to work retail for many years and understand how it can get. Thanks guys!

We’ve been coming to Office Depo for over 10 years. We’ve purchased printers and office supplies. The customer care is always great, prices are good. I use the the copying Center for my personal and business needs. We are always created professionally, the store is always clean and organized. The management is professional both towards the customer and their employees.
The prices are good. We have a great experience every time.

Today I had an extraordinary issue requiring scanning 70 page document with some color images. Linda who performed the entire process needed to unbind the hard copy book, color scan the contents, save it on a flash drive, email the file to two addresses and rebind the original. She did this carefully, accurately and quickly. Linda was personable, knowledgeable, resourceful and friendly. Office Depot has an excellent employee in Linda. The entire experience was 👍👍👍👍👍

Do NOT buy from Office Depot online as they claim you can return to any store but you cannot. Manager here said they do not accept returns if they do not carry the item in store when customer service via phone said you could. Spoke with another Office Depot rep on the phone named Ashley because their online returns wouldn’t even pull up the order number making it more of an inconvenience. She was rude and wouldn’t transfer me to her supervisor. She wouldn’t provide a shipping label and expects you to just wait around your house all day to find out when Office Depot will pick up the items like people don’t have a job or a life. They even put on the receipt “quick/easy returns! Do not give them your business! I never had issues at Staples Bella Terra in Huntington Beach. As a small business owner I recommend Staples instead!

The store is really clean and open. I really dislike going to get things printed, there are always issues but here with Wendy, she is super helpful and tries her best to make it work and make sure I leave happy or at least as happy as possible. Thanks Wendy for being a great and patient employee, I don't think I'd come here if she stopped working here so give her a raise. 😀 Today I went in with something that Staples couldn't figure out for the second day because the image wouldn't align and Wendy to the rescue she figured it out!

Giving this place 5 stars just because of Linda from the printing department. She called and asked me if I wanted the white borders around my business cards and I immediately knew I made a mistake on my online purchase; I did not intend for there to be white borders. She told me she was able to fix it for me. I’m so grateful she called before printing to double check with me. Thank you Linda!!

I'm sorry to all who have had a bad experience here first of all. I hope that those kinds of incidents were just flukes! In other words, they happen quite rarely. As for my experience it's been a good one so far. There's an old lady cashier that likes to do small talk and therefore is a bit on the slow side but other than that, I had a good enough experience for this type of store. I was looking to replace my old desktop and was in the market for a Dell this time instead of an HP (We've own both brands - HP and Dell in the past in our household). The tech guy who helped me out not only was kind and professional but when I came back a week later because of a problem (that I thought had to do with the computer), he showed me that it just needed an update and after that, I've not had problems with my new computer since! And this was for free guys! I was impressed to say the least! Only con is that I live in South County and so it's a bit of a drive to go here but they had the computer I wanted in stock and I was happy with the experience so thank you!

I have been to this Office Depot multiple times before and have never received such a bad experience until today, 11/7/20.

The brand that I was looking changed its packaging, so I asked the cashier if I could see the labels to make sure that they are the same type before purchasing. He started being very UNPROFESSIONAL, showing me the labels but with a lot of attitude. He slammed the labels on the counter and crossed his arms.

I asked to talk with his manager and the manager asked if I wanted a refund, but no I do not want a refund. I simply want a better customer service! Being in the customer service myself for 10 plus years, I've never been treated so unprofessional like this. This incident really left a bad taste in my mouth. I definitely will not return here.
