Took a drill in for repair that was getting replaced by the manufacturer. Asked if it could be shipped to me and they said no, it has to go to them and I pick it up. Got an email from the manufacturer that it shipped out. I check in 3 weeks later and am told shipping takes at least a month. Called a few weeks later and was told shipping takes 2 months. Called another month later and was told they're still waiting. Asked them to follow up with the manufacturer and was told they don't like to spend time on the phone and gave me the claim number to call. I did so, manufacture said the shipping bounced back to them 2 days after shipping 3 months ago and couldn't believe I was still waiting. Took a total of 20 minutes on the phone to find out they had a bad address,. I had them ship to my home address instead, which they also said is what they normally do, contradicting what RMW told me originally. I received the replacement at my door less than a week after my call.
The team at RMW was friendly, so they get a star for that. Just very unhelpful.

Took our Sawzall for a month, when we finally get it back it was working worse than before, when I called to ask what they did to fix the saw they asked for an invoice number, which I did not have because I did not receive an invoice,
I told them it was under warranty work and the gentleman on the phone said if it was warranty "we likely threw out the workorder" which makes no sense to me. No way to run a business

Excellent service, well organized and very well oriented. All techs are very reasonable and helpful. Love working with them. They are very honest. Most of the time if the item can be fixed quickly they will fix it on the spot and save the hassle to drive back for pickup.my sincere thanks to all the techs there
