I Used to love Russell Hendrix when I was in BC and dealing with Chilliwack location, they are such a great group of people to deal with. BUT since I have moved to Saskatoon so I am stuck with terrible people who work at this place who take the customers for granted , worst customer service you can ever get and even their internal communication is terrible too. There is only one newbie working who tries to figure the things on his own but the other two guys behave like they don't wanna be there and one of them has his attitude above the clouds. I ordered bunch of parts and items which they said they can't hand out the same day because of mode of payment but promised to deliver to us and it did not show up after a month and half. When I walked in to check the status, the guys handed me the item saying sorry we couldn't deliver it because of manager being on vacation. You guys don't even care to call and communicate with the customer about what's happening with the parts which were supposed to be delivered?
I would love to go to a different suppliers in town who are much more responsive and provide excellent customer service while appreciate your business.

Worst customer service ever. It makes me wonder how they stay in business. Trying to make a deal on a floral cooler finally talked to a salesman said i will get back to with availability but he tells me has to be ordered by Monday fine this is wedensday i call every day an leave message to please call me no return calls. Needless to say i will never darken there doors. I star is to many for them!

A couple of weeks ago I visited the Saskatoon location to get a quote on coffee machines. I gave a sales person my information, and was told I would get a quote within a couple of days. Since then I have called, and left messages, and emailed them both through their website and the email on the card of the sales person. I haven't got a single response. I understand being too busy to get a quote done, it happens, but to never even respond to multiple calls and emails? This is completely unprofessional.

I had a very bad customer service experience buying a product that was under $20. The product damaged a piece of my far more expensive equipment, so I asked for a return well within the 30 days return or exchange time. Both a return and an exchange were denied after patiently explaining my situation. I mentioned the bad customer experience I was having and it simply didn't effect the situation at all.

If someone were to buy much more expensive equipment from this supplier, how could you have confidence in their integrity if they won't stand behind something worth less than $20? You wouldn't think you'd have to tell a restaurant supply company that trust and loyalty are earned. You have completely lost mine.

We’ve placed an order on 8th January 2018. They told me that your order would be ready on 19 January. Then I called him yesterday on 23rd January and he told me that your 75% order will be ready in Edmonton so you gotta to go there n pick up from there so I been here in edmonton today but still I haven’t get my order yet. And when I called him to tell this stuff he was like doesn’t matter. Just want to say 0% customer service n untrustable.
