Really bad experience with my commercial pizza oven.
Russell sent us damaged product worth of $4000 and when we opened product to setup after 3 weeks we realized that oven was dented and heat plate was broken from inside the oven. When i called the warehouse they are not ready to accept that it was damaged by them or it was manufactures fault. I sent them pictures with damaged product which is wrapped in the plastic without any damage to plastic which clearly shows that it was delivered us in that condition then also they are not ready to take responsibility. They said the driver took the picture of the box at the time of delivery which has no significant damage to the box, But that doesn't mean that product delivered in the box cant be damaged.
There answer to my claim was you can order a brand new one and you can keep this damaged product for the parts replacements.

Pathetic service! Pathetic service!
Will not recommend to anyone who wants to place big or small commercial orders.
Infect prefer someone local who cares about business and loyal to their business.

Need to vent about passive aggressive employees? @Rachana. No matter big or small. Shes got the skills to elevate your business and make you succeed. They say good help is hard to come by, well Rachana is heaven sent.

Personally highly recommend Steelite, most of their collections have anti chip warranty. Rachana will hook you up; you can bet on that. Trust & Believe.

A great kitchen store for the chef and home chef. We found the cast iron pan that we were looking for. Price was very high compared with another nearby store however; to their credit they did price match. Lots of stuff for pizza and dough and baking. I could spend a lot of money here but they will need to sharpen their proverbial pencil.
