This is so far the best hardware store and I wholeheartly thank Christian and Brenda for their help and guidance. I was trying to repaint the wall from the previous owner but didn't know the color code he used. Christian walked me through color selection process, and taught me how to match the colors. Then Brenda matched the colors based on the wall sample I provided, and customized the colors on spot . Their explanations were straightforward, and their service was super fast. Home improvement is always time-consuming and a pain in the ass, but these pros make this task easier. Highly recommend.

I've always received great service at this store, I've been going for years to buy paint for several of my apartments. I work in the area for over 8 yrs now.
I'm surprised to read the other reviews. I usually go during lunchtime and the service I get is awesome, from several staff members.
I'm the type to honor policies if they are in print in the receipt, I'm not sure why people feel it's an excuse to write a bad review.

Well it was my first time in this establishment the store itself seem to have a lot in Thier inventory. The gentleman that assisted me was pretty helpful. The only negative i have to say about the establishment is i really needed to use the rest room and upon request they denied me!

I would agree with the other reviewer who said they'd never go there again. I purchased some hinges for a home improvement project, and asked if they were returnable when I made the purchase. I was told to bring my receipt. When I went back, they wouldn't take them, saying it was a 10 day return policy. Since I had specifically asked about returns when I made the purchase, it was incredibly frustrating to hear that the policy was different than what I had been told, even though it was printed on their receipt. We are not talking about seasonal merchandise, it's not like hinges go out of season. I would rather shop elsewhere next time.
