Beware, took mower for repair, after replacing fuel and new spark plug, then got charged for a new spark plug when the brand new one in it was only a day old, which was highlighted when we first took the mower in. The guy was a bit hostile, never offered to reduce bill, or return new spark plug, or even a reasonable explanation.

Fast, friendly and efficient service, I took my mower in to sharpen the blade. A "while you wait" service was offered and the job was completed in around 10 minutes. Many thanks to the staff at S.M Lawnmowers

I phone to ask about servicing my mower, get there having been told to come through and they're closed.
I call, only to be told that they are on lunch. I explain that I've driven for 30 minutes to get there and he says so what, I must wait!! What kind of customer service is that? I'll go elsewhere, thanks for nothing.
