They did a great job getting the oversized fridge in our house.
Took the door off the hives np. Got the first set of stairs with the dolly then had to stand it up , twist on the landing and they hand carried it up the next 4 steps. It was precision at its finest. Great jobs boys. Thanks for your expertise!!

We recently purchased the Marsha 26" Chaise Lounge from The Brick, and it’s hands down the comfiest chair we own! My husband, who’s 6'5", finds it a perfect fit. Although we couldn’t see it in person before buying, we took a chance ordering online—and it paid off. Shipping was fast, assembly was simple, and the quality exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

Update: This is my first and the last time with them.
They denied me to return the sofa even after it had a manufacturing defect saying that the unit is open and assembled.

Price was fair. One of the hiccups was that when the sofa arrived, 2 screws from its support frame were broken and rest of the 2 screws ripped through their holes. Another thing was kinda manufacturing defect where the center support leg was tilted to the left. Photos attached for reference. Not planning to get into the return hassle, but would let the customer care know. Let's see how that goes.

Had amazing experience at Brick today. From the moment we walked in, Jay greeted us with a warm and friendly demeanor, making us feel comfortable right away.

Not only did Jay listen carefully to our preferences, but they also provided invaluable insights into different styles, materials, and sizes that would fit our space. She went above and beyond to ensure that we found a dining table that matched both our aesthetic and functional needs. What really stood out was her deep knowledge of the products, guiding us with expert advice without ever being pushy.

On September 11th, 2024. We had our Mattress and Box Spring delivered to the apartment. Brick Delivery team showed around 11:10am. We did not expect that moment this delivery will cause us so much traumatic experience.
Delivery guy was completely unprofessional and rude towards the delivery process causing damage to the customers property (Scratching, chipping and hitting the walls, he even kicked the footwear behind the door and slammed the doors). Instead of asking customers help to clear his way. They are many ways to deliver customers product safely and gently without any damage towards customer property.
His behaviour so rude towards us when asked to take things slowly. This incident was immediately reported to the concerned manager of Brick Windsor to take necessary actions on the subject matter.
Completely unsatisfied and negligent delivery.
Very poor and unprofessional service from Bricks Windsor Delivery Team.
Could have given less than a star is possible.

I had an incredible experience with the brick. I have never experienced such incredible professionalism. I had a in store staff assist me with my purchase Terry M. Who helped me so much with my purchase and was extremely professional, very kind, she knew about different products that would be good for me to include in my purchase. She really went above and beyond truly she was incredible. Other staff were also fantastic from who I spoke to for booking my delivery unfortenetly I don't remember her name but she made it super fast and simple. The delivery guys above and beyond they were fantastic. Overall my entire experience was by far the best one, I never had a better experience any where else. Will continue to purchase with the brick going forward.
