Not perfect - but their sales associate help in the aisles is getting better. Now they need to work on keeping popular items in stock. And, having more variations of the products they do stock. Nice thing is - no problems getting them to match a lower price at Loews.

Whenever I go to this store everyone is always friendly and professional. It's crazy that I always end up finding something that I didn't know I "needed" (wanted) lol. Great prices too! It's my local Home Depot. Look at these plants! They are healthy and adorable.

I wouldn't give the managers or customer service one star if I had the option. I ordered a Christmas tree from the Home Depot in Winter Haven. I received an update the day I placed the order stating that it was out for delivery and oddly enough the delivery was rescheduled to the next day. When the delivery was rescheduled, the driver also changed to the Lake Wales Home Depot. The order showed my tree was delivered, and when I checked the proof of delivery it was delivered to the wrong house. I've sat on hold with the guy over deliveries at Lake Wales Home Depot for over 30 minutes without returning to the phone to say anything only for him to get back on the phone and tell me they'll call me back once they speak with the delivery driver. I'm still waiting on a callback. I called to speak with a store manager they wouldn't address the issue and I can't reach anyone to assist me after hours of being on hold. This tree is for my daughter and Christmas will be here in a few weeks. It's ridiculous to have to deal with such an inconvenience.

An order for 20 bags of pine bark was placed on line, received notice the order was ready for pick up. Upon my arrival I went to customer service center. The associate called for my order, I could hear the reply "it's going to be a little bit". I was told to wait at pro desk. 15 min later still no order. I returned to service desk. He called again, I could hear the reply "it's gonna be a awhile". I replied this is not acceptable, I want a Manger. I was told that would make my want longer. Finally a nursery associate heard my frustration and had me pull to garden center. It took 28 min to pick up an order. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE.

I went there this morning to ask questions about some paint I need so I can do some painting, there was no one in the paint department I went to customer service ask if she could call someone she said she would. After 20 minutes still no one came so I ask a assistant at the self checkout if she could get someone she said she would call and she did over the speaker system I heard it still no one came. A man that works in electrical I think walked bye and I ask him he said no I don't know anything I can't help. Then another customer came and needed help I said well good luck because by now I'm waiting over 30 minutes with no help. I said this is nuts I'm going down to Lowes forget Home Depot. It is a same businesses don't have workers and they are making millions of dollars.

We were waiting in the truck while my brother was in the store and I guess this employee was trying to round up all the carts to bring them in. He was just shoving all of the carts to the center of the parking lot, my husband had to get out and stop one of the carts from hitting the front of our truck.
