Well sorry Karl Szczypka.....I have to wholeheartedly disagree on my experience anyhow......I stupidly cut through the flex on my hedge trimmer and took it into Tool-line.....in bits n pieces....as I had stupidly cut the flex before (!).....and 2 days later Steve and his wizard engineer had replaced the whole flex....better than new....at a reasonable price for such a bespoke service......highly recommend Tool-line.....thank you DMAC Westcliff

Lady in her 60s is rude, threatens you with a 100 odd fine because shoe lane is too tight to turn around in so I jumped out my car for 30 seconds while I made a delivery to a customer on shoe lane instead of bashing people's cars and you get spoken to like you're the worst person in the world causing the biggest inconvenience just for doing your job.

So not only are you rude you're a liar, the only thing I said to you was sorry I parked there I can't turn round in shoe lane as I'm not confident enough, you then proceeded to tell me you'll let the 'fine slide this time' so all I said in reply to that was okay I'll remember that next time I have delivery for you.

And drove off. So thank you for showing the world you are indeed a liar and petty.
Aswell as telling the world it's okay for you to block residents and the general public for the benefit of your shop but you don't care how you affect other people.

Send the CCTV to the police and they will laugh at you for me being out of my car for 30 seconds. I had my liscence since march and my car and insurance since June and not confident in turning around in tight spaces. I think you'll find the police will agree that I done the right thing. You indeed are a liar and you said in your original response your delivery will block shoe lane. I left enough room for the mini cooper to get out as if you look back at the CCTV I looked back to check this. So again continue with your lies, you are making yourself look a fool. Also please find me. You are not a parking enforcement officer.

As for your time is money comment. I don't have the time to stand there and have a debate with you, I'm working. I'm professional enough to walk/drive away from people with attitude. You clearly have no respect whatsoever for your neighbours and absolutely no compassion for new drivers. If I have delivery there again I will parking there. Simple

Update, no fine ? empty threats ? it's been longer than 14 days so even if you did or do process the fine, it's invalid. ?

Useless...took my breaker in for a full service, was working perfectly prior, when I collected and tried it out didn't work properly, vibrated but no hammer action.I was fobbed off with "must be the new O rings ", and flat refusal to put it right. Avoid this place.

Great service, got everything I needed at the time. One of the lads had to rush out of the shop to give me an item I left behind. Which was a nice touch.

I have been shopping @ Toolline for many years.
They have always given good service, good discount to regular customers, excellent advice, good after sales service, sold good quality products.
Need I go on.
If you have a problem, they will try to sort it, or advise where or who can sort your problem.
The staff are very good at what they do.
They carry a large selection of tools, if it's not in stock, they will try their hardest to get you whatever ever it is that you want.
As a tool shop, it really can't be beaten on price, quality or service!
I have no affiliation to the store, other than liking the friendly staff & good tools they sell.
