SACAM - BE AWARE-I ordered 2 parts back in Jul 29 2024 order number 920337-0 after I paid it I was told this was in back order til November. Last week October 18, 2024 and this week I tried to call the numbers listed 800 #'s and the 760-201-8800 to get the status of my order just to get a couple of rings and get disconnected.

SO I will not go into the last 7 months off hell I have delt with this company because I am not a wordsmith. I ordered 4 minor parts for a Milwaukee impact driver back in late Feb. The one I was using for work the chuck part became loose and was somewhat useable but it needed parts. I found this company and used them because the shipping was 1/2 the price of other companies. I got 2 of the parts and one was not even an item I ordered about 2 weeks after the first purchase. Another week later I got 2 more items and they were correct. I contacted the company stating I didn't get my final part. Now I needed this parts to fix my impact which I used daily on my 12 hour shifts. They said the part wasn't in stock and would be sent when it came in. Fast forward 2 months and the item still hadn't come. So I emailed them and the same was said again. Once it comes in you're our top priority. Now at this point my impact was pretty much useless so I went out and spent another $150 on a new one. Fast forward a few more months while cleaning up my shop and low an behold there is my old impact with almost enough parts to fix. Remind you this has been 7 months since I ordered. I was like heck maybe I should call or email them. I sent an email and a week later no response, So I called and left a message. Then I went and used the automated response system in which I spoke with Mike. He used the same BS like " We are so sorry" "The item was shipped and will be there 8/19/24. So I asked why the delay and no answer. All the questions I asked were replied with generic answers that a company uses to when they dropped the ball. Needless to say I would never order from this company ever. The least they could have done was to offer a refund on all the items or maybe shipping or anything to make me happy. But NO. So maybe before you see how the prices are cheap and lower shipping but BUYER BEWARE, you may get lucky getting the items you wanted. It's sad that $8 in parts cost me time and money.

Has not confirmed order or sent shipping info almost a week later. No response to email enquiry, nor to follow-up email requesting to cancel order due to non-response and lack of confirmation. VERY scammy...

Despite fatal reviews (this is usually 9/10s of my decision) toolpartsPro got my parts to me in a reasonable amount of time. I did have high concern over no confirmation after checking out as guest. I did email them before getting an acknowledgement of purchase. Anyway the saw is repaired with a new handle clamshell.

Very slow delivery. Took over 3 weeks to get my order. I had to contact them twice to keep it moving otherwise no progress.

Easily found the part I needed on their website. Assumed if it is listed with no notes identifying availability (or lack thereof), it would be shipped/arrive as noted within in 1-2 weeks. Unfortunately not the case. Received e-mail identifying it was on back order with no delivery date. Order could be cancelled however took E-mails and a couple days. Next time I will confirm availability before ordering. Overall, there is always room to improve customer support/communication after sale however likely not to the effect noted in the poor ratings

I had actually forgotten about my order. Wouldn't you know that after over 5 months (ordered on 6/24/23 and received shipping confirmation today 12/1/23) my order is on its way! Fortunately, it's a part for a tool that I rarely use so I really had no down time, but if you're in a bind and need it fast just order elsewhere.
