I wouldn't even give them that 1 star. This is a terrible company. I ordered a $1,200 tool box that came damaged. All of my claims have been denied. I either take them to court or eat the $1,200. What a crock.

Great products. I bought a tool chest from them and it's awesome. The shipping company messed up the delivery and toolsid gave me a gift card to make up for it which I used to buy some telescoping ratchets. I don't even use my old ratchets anymore because these are so versatile I can use them almost anywhere.

My dewalt router broke the pinion I went there find out can order the new piece
After I park my car I tried open the door was locked so I call took 10 minutes before someone answered I told the problem he keep said don’t fallow me so ask open the door he refused
So what Cain company if don’t help customers
My conclusion it’s not waist time it them because you lose your time special if live faraway like me took 40 minutes driving

Placed an order with 3 items. The first came in an envelope which it was a mirror somehow it didn't break. The second item even though it says in stock did not ship for 2 weeks so I cancelled the order as I needed it for work. The third item was a ratchet and it has a problem of locking up and not ratcheting. I am still fighting to get a simple return label after submitting videos to demonstrate the issue the same day as requested. I keep having to ask for updates about the return process but all I get is please allow 24-72 hours(which I do wait the full 72 hours not including weekends). All I need is a label or an address to send it back to that simple. The customer service even though quick to get back to the customer is awful. I do not wish to own anything from this company even if they are cheaper. I will take my business elsewhere that offers real customer service and resolves solutions in a timely manner.

Bought a tool set off of this site and after 10 days it still hadn't shipped so I got in contact with the company to see what was up, this was when they informed me that the tools I had ordered were out of stock, so I canceled my order and asked for a refund, it has now been 18 days since I asked to cancel and refund and the cancellation has not even been processed. Got in contact with them again to ask where my refund was and they said they cannot give me a refund until the cancellation is completed and that it takes 3-5 business days to complete which I replied it had been longer so the guy I was chatting with just sent me the same message as before and ended the chat. I will never use this company to buy anything ever again and I highly recommend you stay away as well.

Be very careful what you order, bait and switch with disposable gloves. Then will not refund it when you call and complain buyer beware.

The customer service department did reach out to with a soft offer of a 25 gift card and small refund.

I stand behind my review of watch your part numbers and fine print here guys or you’ll be wasting your money. They like to put pictures up of the higher quantity item and what you get total not the picture.

I do appreciate the customer service people reaching out through but I will not shop here again.

Ordered a tool box that was on the website and listed as “in stock”, after 3 weeks and no order update I contacted them to ask when my item would be shipped out. I was told my order would be placed on high priority and someone would get back to me within 72 hours. 72 hours doesn’t sound very prioritized, none the less after 3 days and not hearing from them I reached out again. I was then told the item was unavailable unless I wanted to order a quantity of 80, since I have no need for 80 toolboxes I asked to cancel the order and for a refund. I was told 3-5 days for my refund to clear. 7 days later and no refund I contacted them yet again to see what was going on and was told that I would be contacted within 3 days about my refund. At the time of be writing this I still have not received a refund or been contacted.

Was very unhappy with my experience. Should've read the reviews as it seems to be a regular occurrence. Ordered a tool kit for which I was fine paying more than twice its value in shipping to get it as soon as possible. Waited a week with no updates to order status... chatted with a rep who said they contacted the warehouse for an update and would get me an answer in 24-48hrs. Waited another few days with no update; so I chatted with another rep who gave me the same generic answer. They said they'll get me an answer in 24-48hrs or cancel the order. 5 minutes later, I got an email saying that a cancellation request was submitted with no explanation. For all I know, the item could've been out of stock and it took them 10 days to realize it. I just wasted 10 days with my car parked waiting for these tools only to have the order cancelled with no explanation.
