What a beautiful store. The staff are always a pleasure to shop with and offer complimentary design services. Beware, as you will get overwhelmed by how many stunning, timeless pieces they carry. With Promotions running back to back, you can almost always find a good deal, and if do fall in love with something outside of your price limit, a sales associate will let you know when it gets floor modeled and give you first dibs. Such wonderful service.

Was in the market for a new couch and came across this place. Very clean and great selection of furniture and unique items. A wonderful woman by the name of Shelley was very welcoming and knowledgeable. She helped me find something that would possible work for me and showed me all my options when it came to colors and different fabrics. She was not pushy at all which was nice, they will definitely get my business when I am ready to purchase. Keep up the great Customer service.

With all due respect to the employees at Saskatoon Urban Barn I feel someone needs to address the service being provided by this Company and I’m hopeful the employees of the Saskatoon store will forward my concerns to those who need to know. I’m sure I can’t be the only customer who has experienced the following:
I purchased a floor lamp in mid February and was told it was on back order to mid May. Seemed rather ridiculous as the product was very new to the store. I was also told I would have to pay the full price for the lamp at the time of purchase. Because I like the lamp (and many other items sold at the store), I paid full price and have been waiting anxiously for the lamp to arrive. I called the store today (May 6th) to find out what day my lamp is expected to arrive and have been told it’s been pushed back again to mid June. What? That will be more than 4 months that I paid in full for something I have yet to receive. I was told I could cancel my order. I don’t want to cancel my order. I want the lamp I purchased. As mentioned I’m certainly not blaming the Saskatoon store but Urban Barn needs to know this type of service is unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I feel Urban Barn needs to take a step back, review their policies, procedures, service and determine how better to satisfy their customers. Having to pay full price at the time of purchase for something you aren’t going to receive for 4 or 5 months does not make for a satisfied customer. I am hopeful others will also bring forward their concerns in order that Urban Barn addresses the problem.
