I like Dr. Valliani and her staff. Dr. Valliani cares for her patients. I only see her 2-3 times a year, and I understand that waiting patiently at the doctor's office can be challenging. They should consider finding time to remodel the waiting room to make it a nicer place or consider relocating altogether.

If you dont have all day do not bother with this doctor. I had a 3:00 appointment, first visit so i arrived 20 minutes early for paperwork. Then i waited. I would have understood maybe 15-20 minutes past my appointment time. It was 4:15 when i was called back to the exam room. A full hour and a quarter after my appointment time. This was after several people who had come in after me had gone back. When i got to the room i was told it would be another 30 minutes before the doctor got to me. I get my copay refunded and left.

Her staff is incompetent.

Walked in today and I had an appointment.
They claim I never made one. I called a month ago to schedule one. And now I have to wait to see her.

Not only that but I schedule an appointment and end up waiting over an hour beyond what was scheduled.

I’m sorry but if my appointment is at 3:00 it better be at 3:00 and not an hour after.

Absolutely ridiculous.

Update 03/2021

She really doesn't listen to her patients and this the last straw for me.
I have had psoriasis since childhood and developed psorartic arthritis recently to which she sent a referral to me. Today she asked what auto immune issues I have and I am baffled. Is it not in my file? Apparently she never bothered to write down any of my medical history and diagnosis. She claims my skin patches is just ezema. Like I have a family history of psoriasis. It's psoriasis I have seen a dermatologist for this.
It's really upsetting to have a doctor not remotely pay attention to you. She spends so much time on that little computer of hers but isn't taking in accurate information.

Time to go see a different doctor.

You know what I like about my new doctor? It's not this place and I'm no waiting 3 hours. I tell them that and they're mortified I even wait that long

Came in as new patient yesterday. Need a pcp. Welp the receptionist was looking at me like I don't belong. But I still wanted to see a doctor .. so even tho they let a woman sign in before me I was still fine...... until...... I went in the back. Welp. The lady before me was being seen by the doctor and the medical aid told me it's just one person ahead of me. Well two and a half hours later I was still sitting there listening to the doctor go in and our of rooms. I finally got the picture. I did not belong. Besides I had 20 minutes to get to work. I left. And still no one has called.ol

Based on those FACTS you form your own opinion regarding this medical office. Although personally its my opinion that if you are not even allowed to schedule an appointment with your PCP when you are sick then 1 star is 1 start too many.

Must have ample patience to accept the fact that the doctor will NOT see you on time. The office staff can be as ridiculous as one can challenge them to be. Walk-ins should take the day off with a good book in their hands. Waiting to figure out a way to find another doctor in the insurance network.

Please save your time and money and see another doctor. Wait time is ridiculous. It takes months to get an appointment, poor management, staff is not professional and they will put you on hold for long on the phone.
